Packaging: This Soap bar comes in cardboard packaging. Inside it comes to an oval form factor and a pretty dove logo right in the middle of the bar and the back is a little bit curve. It is good to go wherever you need and it is great for storage. It is travel-friendly & easy to carry in a pocket. Packaging-wise is quite good.

Many people use the dove as a face wash. The Ph of this soap is around 7.4 which is good and it doesn’t disrupt my skin moisture balance. I have sensitive skin and I have used it. First, wash your face with normal water and lather soap with your hands and lather it all over your face then rinse it off. It cleans my skin well. It leaves my skin soft and smoother. 5. My Experience
This soap is pretty good. I like the fragrance and softness of this soap. If you wash up then it’s great for your legs and it goes right on your skin that way it’s perfect. You can use this soap to clean your face, this moisturizes what you never believe. This soap gets melts in the shower very well. So, I like to use it every day then it just dissolves but just that because it does moisturize so well. If you have acne or if you have dry skin you definitely need to try this. Also if you are spending money on some body wash then you really don’t need to be doing that, you can just buy one of these and you are going to get the same moisturizing effect. It does not give a lot of residual in the shower or bathtub so, cleanup is not a concern. It smells clean to me because it is been around for a long the way I can describe this smell is the dove smell, it is not really powerful smell, it is mild. It suits your skin type very well.
As we look at the ingredients of this soap, it contains sodium stearate and sodium palmitate which are the ingredients that are usually found in traditional soaps but it also contains the Syndet bare base with a mild surfactant to cleanse the skin. They claim that it has one-quarter of the moisturizing cream let’s see what it means dove beauty bar also contains stearic acid which is a common multi-tasker fatty acid and it makes your skin very nice and smooth because of emollient and steric acid is actually a major component of cocoa butter shea butter, they added the excess amount of stearic acid that makes for that one-quarter of the moisturizing cream effect. Also, dove contains glycerin which is a humectant that acts as water magnets because they bind water.
I tested out I wash my face with this beauty bar five days straight. So for the first day, I have to use it and do double cleansing with dove, I feel better after using it, and I already have breakouts on my skin and they start looking better. This soap was not dry up my skin that much I do have dry skin and I am handling it pretty well. And fast forward to the fifth day my skin looks much better here I guess this soap is really removing the sunscreen properly and the other cleanser that I was using was not doing the job I guess because I feel on the last that I have much fewer breakouts like my skin clearing up right here.
Is it drying out the skin?
No, It’s not I have dry skin. Of course, I have to apply a moisturizer after cleansing my face with that beauty bar I can’t just walk around with just cleansed face and I always apply moisturizer even I use e really mild liquid product I always apply a moisturizer. So, I would say dove is not drying on my face and now during summer really love it for cleansing my face in the evening.
