Face Toners: In this post, I will mention the best toners for me. I have been using toner as my morning skincare-like morning cleanser. I will tell you I have tested the Ph of all the toners I found out that only the Bioderma Sensibio Tonique it has a Ph of 5 to 6 and the rest of the tonners have a Ph of 6 to 7. You can also check the Ph, get the Ph paper and check it yourself.
1. Cetaphil Bright Radiance Toner
Cetaphil filled with healthy radiance and brightness. It has 3% Niacinamide, Glycerin and claims that it has brightening benefits. This toner has Tricholoma Matsutake Extract which is useful for mild exfoliating. It also has Pancratium maritimum Extract which does lighten up your dark spots and pigmentation. Overall this toner is basic and gentle toner which has a lot of brightening ingredients. As I said it has a Ph from 6-7 which is neutral. This toner is overpriced or expensive.
Main Ingredients: Sea Daffodil Extract, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3).
Cetaphil Bright Radiance Toner
- It brightens and smoothens up your skin.
- It removes dark spots and pigmentations.
- It hydrates your skin.
- Non-sticky and fragrance-free formula.
- Suitable for all skin types.

2. Dr sheth Centella & Green Tea Toner
The doctor said they are Niacinamide & Green Tea calming toners. I like the ingredient list so, it has 5% Niacinamide, Calendula Extract & Green Tea Extract. I think It would work better. It was more hydrating and the texture would be like fat water. Ok If you are looking for affordable toner which has Niacinamide then go for this. I felt more smoothing on my skin and Ph is also the same around 6 to 7. It also depends on your skin which one better suits your skin most.
Main Ingredients: 5% Niacinamide, 0.3% Allantoin, Hyaluronic Acid, Calendula Extract, Green Tea Extract.
Dr sheth Centella & Green Tea Toner
- It is a very lightweight toner.
- It reduces redness, dullness, and uneven skin tone.
- It maintains sebum production.
- It is suitable for all skin types.
- It gives you a soothing effect.
- Fragrance-free.

3. Klairs Daily Hydrating Water
I didn’t feel that soothing and it burnt my skin. Sometimes when I apply this I feel like a burning sensation. I expected this to be more sooting because it has green tea leaf water as the first ingredient and it has glycerin coconut water. I just don’t find to be enough soothing and enough hydrating. So, i am not gonna buy this again.
Main Ingredients: Calendula and coconut palm extract, 45% green tea water.

- It is a very lightweight toner.
- It keeps your skin hydrated.
- It is enriched with calendula, green tea.
- It gives you a soothing and cooling effect after use.
- Fragrance-free, cruelty-free.

4. ISNTREE Green Tea Fresh Facial Toner
It has 80 percent green tea extract. The brown color of the toner is because of the high concentration of green tea extract. This is not that hydrating. This is not that very watery. But it is soothing. I am gonna buy this again because when my skin felt angry i applied this toner and my skin felt at peace and this is good. My skin feels cool and more calming and soothing. This is good but if you are looking for more hydration not choose this one but if you are looking for soothing this gonna be a good thing and they have also one toner. I am gonna repurchase it because I really like this toner.
Main Ingredients: Green Tea Extract 80%, Hyaluronic Acid, Allantoin, Natural Extracts, and Centella Asiatica Extract.
ISNTREE Green Tea Fresh Facial Toner
- It is a very lightweight toner.
- It brightens and balances your skin tone.
- Fragrance-free.
- It gives enough hydration.
- Suitable for all skin types.

5. PURITO Centella Green Level Calming Toner
This toner has 10 percent Centella extract and a bunch of other hydrating ingredients. This is quite good if you are looking for calming, soothing, hydrating toner then it can be thing for you I really like this one. This one is a little bit thicker toner, this has a jelly-bouncy-like texture but still feels like hydrating.
Main Ingredients: 10% Centella Asiatica extract, hyaluronic acid.
PURITO Centella Green Level Calming Toner
- It is a thicker toner.
- It moisturizes your skin and improves skin dullness.
- Fragrance-free.
- It gives enough hydration.
- It reduces irritation and redness.
- Suitable for all skin types.

6. Plum Rose Water Toner
The ingredient of Plum Rose Water Toner is good and it is an affordable toner though if you are looking for rose-based toner then go for it. It has rose extract, Glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate, and Calendula Officinalis (Calendula) Flower Extract. Overall their ingredients are good and if I have to use rose water then I am gonna use this one. I enjoy this toner but I am not gonna buy this again because there is a lot of toners better than this one. This toner has not enough hydrating or soothing effects.
Main Ingredients: Rose extracts, Hyaluronic acid, Witch hazel.
Plum Rose Water Toner
- It has rose extract and humectants.
- It Moisturizes your skin, and reduces dryness.
- It also provides instant plumping.
- Suitable for all skin types.
- Fragrance-free, SLS-free, cruelty-free, paraben-free.

7. Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner
This is one of my favorite hydration toners. It has Betaine, Sodium Hyaluronate, and Natto Gum. Natto Gum is good for anti-aging, skin soothing, and nourishing and it also has Licorice Root Extract one of my favorite ingredients. It has on Vitamin C derivative as well but very low amount of it. The texture is very good, and after applying I fells hydration on my skin.
Main Ingredients: Natto Gum, Sodium Hyaluronate, Centella Asiatica Extract, Butylene Glycol, Dimethyl Sulfone, Betaine, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Disodium EDTA.
Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner
- It gives enough hydration.
- It has a perfect texture.
- It helps in reducing inflammation.
- Fragrance-free and has no essential oils.
- Suitable for all skin types.

8. Bioderma Sensibio Tonique
This toner is good for my skin because when my skin feels angry it just calms down my skin and the Ph is 5 to 6, the only toner that has Ph between 5 to 6. It healed my skin properly. I enjoy using this toner on my skin and I am gonna buy this again. It instantly tones and refreshes your skin and improves skin comfort suits out your skin and maximizes the efficiency of your skincare. This toner shows its results in 4 to 5 days. If you have sensitive skin or combination skin then definitely go for this toner.

Bioderma Sensibio Tonique

9. Tonymoly Ceramide Mochi Toner
This toner is good enough for combination skin. If you don’t might essential oil or fragrance in your skincare then it might not work for you. It has a milky-bouncy-like texture and as soon as you apply this toner on your face it makes your skin Mochi bouncy or juicy. You don’t need any hydrating serum after using this toner.
Main Ingredients: 5000 ppb Ceramide, Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Hyaluronic Acid, Centella Asiatica.
Pros
- It gives little hydration and is soothing.
- It has a milky or bouncy texture.
- It makes your skin stronger and healthier.
Cons
- It is not fragrance-free.

10. SNP Peptaronic Toner
I heard that it is very hydrating but again it has fragrance so I am not sure I am gonna buy this again but the rather ingredients are good. It is not that hydrating and smoothing your skin tone. Honestly, I don’t like those products that contain essential oils and fragrances. So, I don’t recommend this toner to anyone.
Main Ingredients: Oil and Moisture Coating Formula, 6 Peptide Complex.
SNP Peptaronic Toner
- It balances moisture.
- It strengthens skin texture.
- It improves nutrition and firmness.
- Reduces wrinkles.
- Make skin radiant and lustrous.
