My Experience
It claims that it removes dirt and excess sebum but it does not really do that for me. And it claims to provide faster absorption and enhance hydration, which is indeed accurate. It balances skin pH levels and claims. It does not irritate me but I also know the fact that it did irritate a lot of people.
If you have normal skin, it will suit you well because it hydrates and reduces inflammation. Even if you have oily skin and you are dehydrated then It will work really well.

The consistency of this toner is runny and we can describe it as a thick type of liquid. It feels very hydrating and it absorbs into the skin like nothing. My skin feels very hydrated after using it. It does smell and maybe it smells like essential oils.

My Experience
Again like a toner, it has a crazy hydrating effect. It cools down your skin as well. I think it is perfect for the oily skin. So, it is soothing, moisturizing, and cooling. I think this serum would be good protection of layer when you go out in cold weather. The consistency of this serum is very thick and viscous. It does not have any odor, which is the best thing. The serum contains some good ingredients to help to calm your skin and to soothe your skin. The bottle warns not to use this serum on broken skin or acne. I still find that it irritates my acne at all.
I like this smoothing serum more in terms of texture, in terms of hydration, and in terms of how it kind of retains the hydration. You will definitely find a nice glow after using this serum. It also claims to maintain radiant skin throughout the day, but I did not find that to be true.

Final Words
Both serum and toner have almost the same properties. Both of these have really beautiful hydrating properties and I really loved it. But I think sometimes my skin does not agree with the essential oils that are present in this kind of formula. My skin sometimes reacts very badly with it. So, I do not proceed to use these products ever again. I also suggest you that please do not use toner before using this serum because it acts like a thick toner. If your relationship is already broken, I would advise against using these products.
